Another Friday, another high day; and this time it was the learning and capability team at Vodafone in Auckland who were introduced to our highlights-of-the-week shaped conversation and Margaret's fabulous homemade TakescONes.
When the office fills with the lovely smell of baking in the morning, we all know that another sconing is on the way. Today, the fresh-out-of-the-oven morning tea was delivered to the harbourfront premises of TakeON! client Vodafone.
Regular followers will know that the treats come with a catch - but it's hardly an onerous one. Before tucking in, recipients participate in a round-table round-up of the "best thing that's happened to me all week". This dose of positive talking always seems to be as rewarding as the scones themselves.
